Proposed Suffolk County Council Development in West Row

The Parish Council has been informed that the SCC outline planning application for their proposed development in the village has been made and can now be seen on the WSC website at the following link

West Suffolk Planning Website and enter DC/21/2337/OUT into search box

The deadline for comments is 6th January, if anyone wishes to make any. This will also be on the village FB group.

At this stage it's only outline so the exact densities, house designs, building materials etc would be considered under another application at a later stage. This is more of a general layout and to agree the site access.
